Canada Pension Plan Class Action (Canada-wide)In December of 2012, Human Resources and Skills Development Canada announced the loss of a USB key containing the personal information of approximately 5,000 Canadians. The Christian Brothers Of Ireland Bankruptcy Proceedings (New York, USA)
A mediational agreement has been reached to settle the claims for sexual abuse by Christian Brothers in the Irish Christian Brothers Bankruptcy proceedings in the United States. There are about 150 Newfoundland men claiming relief in the United States proceedings. Find more information here.
Patients' Medical Information Privacy Breach Class Actions (NL, Canada)
