Mount Cashel \/ Christian Brothers<\/strong> Abuse \u2013 Catholic Church<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are a survivor of sexual abuse committed by a member of the Irish Christian Brothers of Canada, a Roman Catholic priest in or around St. John’s or other person associated with the Roman Catholic Church in St. John’s you may be eligible for compensation. Bob Buckingham Law represents a number of individuals who are survivors and are filing claims against the Roman Catholic Church in St. John’s, Newfoundland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Church has sought protection under the Companies\u2019 Creditors Arrangement Act of Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador has approved a process for individuals to file claims against the Church. If you believe you have a claim please feel free to register with our firm. BREAKING NEWS – NL Mammogram Class Action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

March 1, 2023 – <\/strong>Bob Buckingham Law has launched a class action against Labrador Grenfell Health and Eastern Health in connection to the Health Authorities\u2019 use of substandard technology which necessitated a review of over 10,000 mammogram results in the province since 2018.  If you have been notifed that your mammogram results were affected please complete the below Registration Form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
