Thank you for your patience throughout this process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update:  November 26, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Settlement Fund cheques for Class Members are prepared and ready to be mailed.  As soon as the Canada Post strike is concluded we will mail out the cheques to the Class Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Update:  November 18, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are now in receipt of the Settlement Funds from the Western Health Authority.  We have begun the process of printing the cheques to be sent to Class Members.  We aim to complete this task by Friday, November 22, 2024.  As soon as the Canada Post Strike is concluded we will mail out the cheques to the Class Members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Update:  <strong>November 6, 2024<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have been advised by the Western Health Authority that we will be in receipt of the Settlement Funds in the next 2 to 3 weeks.  Once funds are received we will be in a position to mail out the settlement cheques.
