July 28, 2025<\/strong> – Philip’s CPAP Class Action Proposed Partial Settlement Update<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Defendants have agreed to pay $20,000,000 to settle all economic loss claims, including notice and administration costs, in exchange for a full release of those claims (referred to as the\u00a0“Partial Settlement”<\/strong>). For more information regarding this “Partial Settlement” please click here<\/a>. Please note the dates for Settlement Approval are set for September 19, 2025 in Quebec and September 29, 2025. We encourage you to visit https:\/\/cpapsettlement.kpmg.ca\/<\/a> for all information respecting this Partial Settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participating in the Partial Settlement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a Class Member and wish to participate in the Partial Settlement, you are not required to do anything at this time. We ask that you register for the Class Counsel mailing list<\/a> so you will be notified of the eventual Court approval of the Partial Settlement and how to apply for compensation. By joining the Class Counsel mailing list additional updates will be forwarded to you as they become available.
