Bob Buckingham Law and Wagners launched a Class Action on May 22, 2015 in the Supreme Court. The proposed class action was filed on behalf of individuals who own or reside in property damaged by excessive water seepage from the Humber Canal. On March 19, 2019 the Court of Appeal of Newfoundland and Labrador released its’ decision confirming that the plaintiffs have the right to pursue a class action against the Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Company. To view this decision please click here.
