If you are a survivor of sexual abuse at the hands of Tony Humby or Bruce Escott, we believe you have a claim against the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary and/or the Provincial Government for their failure to act on credible allegations made against these men dating back to at least the early 2000s.
Our firm has commenced an action against the Government for their negligence. We will be filing further lawsuits against the Provincial Government and Royal Newfoundland Constabulary on behalf of other survivors.
