Canada Life has reported that an unauthorized third party gained access to certain personal information through an employee account. The information affected may include names, mailing addresses, dates of birth, earnings information, and insurance plan details.
This lawsuit alleges that Canada Life failed to adequately safeguard the sensitive personal information entrusted to it, in violation of applicable privacy legislation.
