Bob Buckingham Law has been retained to file a class action lawsuit against BP Canada in relation to defects present in its “Mystique” brand shingles. The defects include numerous small holes present in the shingles, which prevents them from being suitable for their intended purpose.
These shingles have been sold since at least 2022.
Eligible class members include individuals or organizations who have purchased and/or installed the above shingles on their property, whether or not they have experienced damages.
BP Canada may have notified eligible class members that it would not honour its warranty in relation to the shingles.
